At THEIA. your satisfaction is very important to us. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our body products, please review our refund and return policy carefully.

Returns

We accept returns only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • You must provide proof of purchase (e.g., order number or receipt).

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges for used or opened products.

Refunds

If your item is approved for a return due to damage or error:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be processed after approval.

If a return is not possible, we may offer a store credit or replacement product at our discretion.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us at mia@theianz.com within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the item and packaging

We will make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

If a return is approved due to our error (damaged or incorrect item), we will cover the cost of return shipping. Otherwise, customers are responsible for shipping costs, which are non-refundable.
