Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Domestic Shipping Options:

Auckland Shipping 1-2 business days $6

 Out of Auckland Shipping 2–3 business days $11.32

Island to Island Shipping 2-5 business days $24.27

We currently do not ship outside of  New Zealand.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package through the carrier’s website.

4. Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, please note that delays may occur due to high order volume, weather conditions, or carrier delays. We appreciate your patience and understanding.
